The emergency response arm of the Event Horizon Foundation
EHF Emergency Services is the humanitarian division of the Event Horizon Foundation, an organization active in the Star Citizen universe since its beginnings. Our mission: assist any citizen in distress, without discrimination of organization or allegiance.
Made up of pilots, rescuers, and experienced coordinators, our team can be rapidly deployed in all areas of the persistent universe. Whether it's a rescue, a repair, a resupply, or a protection mission — we answer the call.

Our platform connects anyone in distress with all available rescuers in the 'verse — whether they are certified EHF members or independent operators.
EHF certified members
Verified members of the Event Horizon Foundation, trained and vetted by our organization. Their identity and conduct are guaranteed by EHF.
Independent operators
Independent rescuers who have chosen to offer their services through our platform. They are clearly identified as 'External' on every intervention proposal.
Rating & accountability
The foundation is not responsible for the conduct of external operators. However, our rating system tracks every intervention and allows us to take action against any reported abuse.
The 'Internal' or 'External' label is visible on each intervention proposal — you always know exactly who is responding to your request.
