EHR is the humanitarian and medical division of the Event Horizon Foundation, an organization active in the Star Citizen universe since its beginnings. Our mission: rescue any citizen in distress, without discrimination of organization or allegiance.
Made up of pilots, combat medics, and experienced coordinators, our team can be rapidly deployed in all areas of the persistent universe. Whether it's a medical emergency in combat or a planned evacuation, we answer the call.
